You'll take on advanced prospecting responsibilities, nurture relationships with key decision-makers, and help guide prospects through the funnel. As a senior member of the SDR team, you'll also mentor junior SDRs and collaborate with sales leadership to refine strategies. Your experience in outbound sales, along with a deep understanding of sales processes, will ensure you play a pivotal role in delivering qualified opportunities for our clients.Your responsibilities:Generate leads by engaging prospective buyers via cold call, cold email and LinkedIn to schedule qualified meetings.Identify the needs of prospective buyers.Build long-term trusting relationships with prospective buyers to qualify leads as sales opportunities.Schedule meetings between prospects and our clients.Be accountable for weekly, monthly and quarterly results.Maintain accurate and timely notes of all lead interactions within the CRM application.Participate in discovery meetings.Participate in weekly coaching and development meetings.Qualifications:Have 2+ years in a high velocity sales environment as a top performing SDR/BDR.C1+ English Level.Have high proficiency in English within a business environment.Have been successful working for a U.S. based Tech company selling into U.S. prospects, with a strong focus on cold calling.Experience with CRM and SEP software.Proficient with MS Outlook/G Suite.Key Metrics:Meeting volume: six to 12 new sales qualified attended meetings per month.Ability to work with two clients in different industries.Your characteristics:Unimpeachable integrity.Resilience and positivity.An overwhelming, energetic and enthusiastic desire to serve clients and win in the marketplace.An ability to collaborate with a diverse group of enterprise clients, prospective buyers and teammates.A commitment to continuous learning and self-development.An ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with demonstrated resourcefulness and self-direction
