Leads Group market strategy and negotiates business partnerships and preferred agreements with key stakeholders such as HB Hospitality, Prestige Group, etc.- Implement all sales actions plans related to his/her area, territory responsibilities and assignments to successfully achieve or exceed individual and team pace/ production goals.- Solicit, negotiate and book new and repeated business (161+ Room Nights) through constant sales efforts including prospecting, site inspections, sales calls, FAMs, prompt and competent follow up on leads/referrals and networking in order to maximize villa and banquet revenue.- Develop and continually enhance relationships with key accounts, RMO's, business and travel industry accounts to maintain and increase market share.- Develop annual Group budget and monthly forecast with DORM.- Provide feedback to DOSM on changing market conditions, including trends in the competition.- Drives the sales process forward and is involved in discussions to streamline and improve efficiencies within it.- Administrative tasks to maintain updated record of all accounts and the activities related to them such as follow up of business opportunities, weekly sales activities, site inspections, appointments, calls, etc.- Management of electronic lead generation platforms such as CVent and SpeedRFP.- Supervises the tasks performed by Jr. Sales Manager - Group and Administrative Group Sales Assistant activities to successfully achieve or exceed their and the team pace/ production goals.- Participates and is engaged in ongoing training with the rest of the Group sales team.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: A partir de $40,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno mixtoPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vidaPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuántos años de experiência tienes en ventas en Hotelería?- ¿Manejas un nível de inglés conversacional?Escolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
