**Responsibilities**:
- Plan, execute, and deliver software development projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management.
- Manage project resources, including team members, budgets, and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with Agile methodologies and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
- Use JIRA to track and manage project tasks, progress, and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, designers, and business analysts, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Continuously assess and adjust project priorities, risks, and scope to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and create project documentation as needed.
- Foster a positive team environment that promotes collaboration, communication, and innovation.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in software project management, including at least 3 years of experience using Agile methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of JIRA and its best practices for project management and issue tracking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex software projects.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Agile certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or similar are highly desirable.
