Possesses extensive experience in user research, data analytics, with the ability to connect to strategic insights.Your mission:In this role, you will reveal what our users need from our products by conducting research, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet user needs and align with business goals, and performing usability studies.These responsibilities also include inspiring change, delivering oral and written presentations, evaluating qualitative and quantitative data, and helping the UX team better understand what would make a user's experience more intuitive, accessible, and seamless.Responsibilities:Conduct qualitative research methods (e.G., user interviews, focus groups, usability testing) to gather insights on user behaviors and preferences.Utilize quantitative research methods (e.G., surveys, analytics data) to analyze user interactions and trends, translating findings into actionable strategies.Collaborate with data teams to analyze user behavior data and identify trends and patterns.Utilize analytics tools to measure user engagement and assess the impact of design changes on user experience.Present research findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to integrate user insights into product strategy and roadmaps.Develop user personas, journey maps, and experience frameworks to guide team efforts.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and UX research.Foster a culture of user-centered design within the organization by advocating for user needs and insights.Lead workshops and presentations to communicate research findings and foster a user-centered culture within the organization.Requirements:Solid experience with at least two years as a lead —guiding clients, projects and people.Demonstrate expert Spanish language skills and have advanced English proficiency.Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.G., Google Analytics, Tableau, SPSS).Proficiency in testing tools (e.G., Maze) and repository tools (e.G., Notion).Experience with e-commerce.Knowledge in UX Research including data analytics and metrics tracking.Understanding of how to deliver findings to recommendations for strategy
