About the roleKey responsibilitiesMain areas of responsibility: Manage day-to-day health, security, and performance of a global windows server hybrid environment.Optimize server performance and storage to scale with growth of the infrastructure environment.Troubleshoot on an enterprise level infrastructure, solving business impacting issues and day to day incidents.Management, Administration of a multi-datacentre multi platform environment (VMware vSphere 7.x, Azure).Microsoft Windows Server, including: Windows 2016, 2019, 2022.Manage day-to-day health, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance in our Citrix Cloud environment.Qualifications and skillsTechnical Background: • Engineering experience at an enterprise level in the following disciplines: VMware, Windows, Azure, Citrix.
• Candidates must come from an IT Infrastructure background and have past experience and a sound grasp of working all the activities associated with IT development i.e. analysis, design, testing, change management, etc.
• Ability to provide effective technical advice in large scale ICT projects.
• Serve as the technical expert for implementation of application and enterprise solutions within the infrastructure space.
• Strong communication skills coordinating with both internal and external teams.
We are looking for proven experience in the following areas: • Minimum 3 years experience in Microsoft Azure.
• Experience in administrating enterprise level Citrix environments (XenApp, Netscaler VDI, Citrix as a service). Citrix certification would be an advantage.
Experience in any of the following areas would be beneficial: • Advanced knowledge designing, supporting, and upgrading Active Directory environments (LDAP, PKI, DNS, PAM, LAPS, etc).
• Strong knowledge of O365 for day to day management at global admin level and experience technically leading business mail migration projects.
• Strong technical skills in IAM - ADFS, SSO, MFA.
