Want to join the ride?WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?As Service Engineer, 4 Stroke, you will perform all activities needed to reach the objectives of the position and comply with the orders, instructions, values, and company policies. You will also interact with FS site team leaders, FS back office, and customer representatives during the work execution in a professional way.Responsibilities:Perform Field Service activities according to the work plan and Safety - First mindset.Support during major overhauls and repairs on assemblies on site and/or in workshops.Interact with FS site team leaders, FS back office, and customer representatives during the work execution in a professional way.Perform internal progress status reports of the assigned work to support site team leader on the communications.Follow product guidelines for the works and use records to support it.Ensure that the work is executed according to Wärtsilä quality, health and environmental guidelines and customer site procedures.Comply with the management system according to what has been implemented locally for your position.Proactively consult, advise, and promote available Wärtsilä solutions and products to customers.Perform all activities needed to reach the objectives of the position and comply with the orders, instructions, values, and company policies.The ideal candidate has:Engineering Bachelor's Degree in Mechanic or Electromechanic Field.5+ years of Mechanical maintenance expertise with 4-stroke engines, preferably Wärtsilä.Mechanical technical experience on Wärtsilä Power Plants or similar applications.Knowledge of Wärtsilä products is desirable.Safety first mindset.Learning focus.To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:Ability to communicate in English & Spanish (Speaking & writing).Skills with MS Office package (Word, Excel, etc.).Communication & customer relations skills.Proactiveness.Willingness & availability to travel
