Regular travel to our Zoetermeer site will be required.About the Opportunity:- Lead, motivate, and develop the service and repair teams to be highly customer-focused, differentiating Servomex as a key service provider- Manage the Service team to grow profitable service and spares revenues, from all service products and grow the service contract business- Develop and maintain a robust service operations model to achieve TAT targets and exceed customer's expectations, including developing training plans for the team and wider Channel Partner network- Control the financial elements of the department, including develop annual budget, regular forecasting, and deliver on monthly results for revenue and costs commitments.- Work alongside and support the Regional Sales teams in promoting and closing new service business at every opportunity, generating, and promoting service contracts and actively negotiating agreements in accordance with Spectris guidelines.- Management of Salesforce Field Service Lightning, to ensure all cases are being handled efficiently and in a timely manner, managing user adoption and data integrity, as well as delivering on key KPI's, such as utilisation, first response, TAT, full resolution- Management of all HSE activities for the team and service centres within the region- As part of the global service team, you will participate in cross learning, promoting best practice and driving continuous improvement within your own team and the wider organisation- Any other duties and responsibilities as required by the businessAbout your Talent:- Track record of successful Service management in a customer facing role within a similar technical manufacturing environment.- Experience managing and developing people, including across country boundaries- Strong commercial background and business acumen- Knowledge of System Integration business- Possess excellent personal organisation and business administration skills- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present to executive decision makers- Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently, and effectively with initiative and drive under tight timescales and pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality
