This role requires close partnership and collaboration with other Business Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts. Essential Job Duties include working on complex ServiceNow ITSM deployments (including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalogue, Knowledge modules), HRSD, CSM, FSM or FSO and integrations aligned to Industry best practices and translating functional & technical requirements into implementation work package.Required Qualifications:At least 5 years of experience in Development and Scripting, Configuration, Validation and deployment.At least 5 years of experience in implementing IT Service Management, ITIL processes and Enterprise Service Management.At least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process.Working knowledge in all aspects of ServiceNow Applications development and Rest API based integrations with 3rd party applications.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to describe technical solutions in the terms of the business.Experience in working with multi-vendor development environment.Interacts cross functionally on matters that require coordination across organization and collaborates well with other groups, voluntarily shares information.Experience of working with ServiceNow platform for global customers.Preferred Qualifications:ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, HRSD, FSM, FSO, CSM, or any other module.The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
