**The Role**
The Settlement Sr Analyst helps to manage and process cash flow-related information. This role involves a range of activities aimed at ensuring accurate reconciliation and effective handling of financial data, these activities are listed below:
**Conciliation Analysis**
- Treat of reconciled information, identifying any discrepancies or non-conciliated data.
- Develop strategies to resolve issues related to non-conciliated data, ensuring data
integrity and accuracy.
**Accounts Monitoring**
- Monitor both accounts payable and accounts receivable that constitute the cash flow
information.
- Proactively identify and address discrepancies in transactions to maintain a balanced and
accurate financial record.
**Transactional Cost Analysis**
- Conduct in-depth analyses of transactional costs to provide insights into financial
performance.
- Identify cost trends, patterns, and outliers, offering recommendations for optimizing
transactional processes and reducing costs.
**What will I be doing?**
- Data Analysis for making financial modeling and SQL querying are all essential, & excel knowledge.
- Analytical Thinking.
- Collection and interpreting large data sets.
- Analyzing results.
- Building BI reports
- Identifying patterns and trends in data sets.
- Defining new data collection and analysis processes.
- Conciliation KPI's.
- Tracks real time data across finance area.
- Automation of internal process.
- Bachelor's Degree: computer science, actuary or engineering field
- Have 3 years in a fast-paced environment
- Have 2 years experience on data (SQL & Python)
- Be enthusiastic about being part of a team who seeks to change the way people interact with financial services
- Be highly analytical, hard working and curious on new solutions on market
- Have excellent communication and organizational skills
**Technical**:
- Strong SQL experience (Snowflake) & Python
- Strong Excel
- BI experience
- Understanding of Data visualizations and chart types needed to tell the correct story
- Prior experience with different data visualization tools
- Strong entrepreneurial drive and ability to thrive in a start-up environment
- Advance use of English
**Education & Work Experience**
- Bachelor's Degree: computer science, actuary or engineering field
- At least 6 months or 1 year of experience working with Queries (_SQL is a must_)
