Key responsibilities for this role include:
Data analysis and monitoring:
- Collect, analyze and synthesize data related to sales activities and sales team performance.- Use tools and metrics to evaluate sales force performance, identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop processes and procedures:
- Collaborate with sales and management teams to develop and improve processes and procedures related to sales activities.- Establish standards and best practices to optimize sales force efficiency and effectiveness.
Training and development:
- Provide training and support to sales teams in the effective use of sales tools and technologies.
Change management and continuous improvement:
- Identify opportunities for improvement in sales processes, systems and practices.- Lead change initiatives and continuous improvement projects to optimize sales force efficiency and effectiveness.
Cross-departmental collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, operations and finance, to align business strategies and processes.- Facilitate communication and collaboration between sales teams and other departments to ensure effective delivery of products and services to customers.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Management, or related field.- Proficiency in English and Spanish.- 3 years healthcare/pharmaceutical corporation (preferable).- 3 years experience in the position.
