Shopify Assistant

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced  Shopify Account Manager to join the team of our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Shopify store. 
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the Shopify store, including product listings, pricing updates, and order processing.
Ensure that product information, images, and descriptions are accurate and up-to-date on the website.
Monitor customer inquiries and support tickets, responding promptly and providing excellent customer service.
Generate reports on key metrics such as sales, traffic, and conversion rates, and provide insights to inform decision-making.
Qualifications
Previous experience managing a Shopify store.
Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and best practices.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong English Level, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
