Site Director

The Plant General Manager is responsible for overall production and continuous improvement activities at a site in Saltillo, Coahuila. This position will provide a high level of leadership for the employees and drive the overall performance while ensuring a safe work environment, profitable growth, outstanding customer service, and employee development. Responsible for Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain.Position reports to the Division VP of Operations.**Education & Experience Requirements**- Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred- 18+ years in mfg, 10+ years in senior leadership- Held Plant Manager title (or equivalent) for at least 8 years- Extensive knowledge and experience in Supply Chain- Greenfield experience- Fluent in Spanish & English**Compensation**- $230k - $255k pesos a month, Savings fund, Performance bonus, Car Allowance, Pantry & Gas Coupons!!
