The Site IT Support job family forms the Site IT Support track within the IT function.
Positions in this family provide Infrastructure support to end-users at PPG locations.
They work with centralized IT teams to provide new solutions and support the existing standards.
Responsible for providing daily technical support to employees for a range of hardware and software related systems.This Job is located in #LI-OnSite within San Juan del Rio, Queretaro and will report to the Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to and diagnose problems through discussion with users.Maintain and troubleshoot a range of user problems including PC hardware/software/LAN and voice network.Diagnose problem source through discussions with users and coordinating with internal IT organization support and operations groups or with vendors to resolve problems.Onsite Technology Support provides in-person assistance to employee end-users including responding to telephone calls, emails, and personnel requests for technical support.QualificationsEnglish written and verbal communication skills, including ability to work with customers throughout the organization.Minimum 4 years' experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.Driver's license and willingness to travel outside Queretaro.PPG provides equal opportunity to all candidates and employees.
