**Site Planning Manager, your future position?**
As the Site Planning Manager, you will lead the material planning and internal-external production capacity planning for Givaudan's Taste & Wellbeing manufacturing facility in Cuernavaca, Morelos, ensuring the materials availability and efficient production plans guarantying the Inventory, WoFF, Service, Cost, Quality & EHS targets to secure that products can be manufactured and supplied on time to customers from existing manufacturing facilities. You will report into the Supply Chain Manager.
**You will work on-site and it will based in our Taste & Wellbeing manufacturing facilities located at Cuernavaca, Morelos, Mexico. It requires permanent resident in this location.**
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Provide main supply and production capacity (internal & external) inputs to different partners and help design the local Operations, Supply Chain & Planning strategies and definition of related goals based on input provided by other local functions, e.g. Commercial or Business Development.
- Oversee the design and execution of tactical and operational plans at site level on short, mid and long term to meet Operations & Supply Chain goals.
- Maintain an appropriate level of inventory following corporate standards (SLOB / WoFF).
- Control and report achievement of service level targets to Partners.
- Control that customers (internal and external) response is made on time and develop realistic plans considering capacity and raw material availability.
- Work under the standards of quality, safety and industrial hygiene and good practices.
- Analyze planning performance and improve the Indicators by using statistical models, best practices and continuous improvement mindset.
- Develop annual budget and expense control, and accomplish the annual operating plan accordingly.
- Be an escalation point for resolution of problems, complaints and prioritization issues.
- Oversee the execution of annual human resources processes within the Site Planning team and validate related results.
- Work with the local and regional Supply Chain & Operations management and HR Business Partner(s) in developing a local talent pipleline.
- Promote the development and promotion of Planning talents within and outside Suply Chain & Planning and Operations.

Your professional profile includes:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or related discipline.
- Master's Degree in a Technical field.
- At least 5 years of experience manufacturing operations with a background in supply chain planning, materials management, including exposure to business process redesign and systems implementations.
- At least 2 years of experience in people management.
- Affinity to systems and analytical tools..
- Understanding of Forecasting (Statistical Models).
- APICS Certification (Desired).
- Advanced English, both oral and written.
