Descripción y detalle de las actividadesEnsures quality objectives are attained Responsible for the entire production floor product flow, starting from receiving production kit from Inventory until delivery of finished product to Shipping Manages, mentors, and coach's supervisor productivity and performance Coordinates and creates production plan with Production Control and balance expectations Follows production plan by hourly review on the floor of Production Plan for each supervisor and communicate any obstacles immediately Optimizes product flow through the four areas of the factory Completes Production Plan by working with supervisors to complete their plan Identifies, manages, and evaluates changing constraints of the entire factory to meet production plan Creates contingency and recovery plans (including overtime) if plan is not achieved Participates in Peer/Phase reviews with CFT Oversees supervisory activities of the Supervisors, reviews, development plans, write-ups, terminations, etc. Makes judgement calls on when to continue when to stop manufacturing by weighing all options Escalates and coordinates communication with other departments (Documentation, quality, part delivery, and other issues) Reduces total conversion time of assemblies through the factory Completes a verbal and written pass-down at the end of the shift Manages staffing needs to meet production plan needs Manages all 6S (5S + Safety) activities to have a spotless, organized production floor alwaysExperiência y requisitos5+ years' experience in manufacturing 3 years' experience in a managing people and other leadership positions* MUST HAVE at least 3 years of experience in SMT Process Bachelor's degree (preferred) High school diploma or GED Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Suite. Excellent operational and project management.
