JOB SUMMARY:
- This role focuses on achieving FTQ and scrap cost goals, ensuring quality standards, and driving continuous improvement efforts.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Electronic/Electrical/Industrial Background, preferent- PCB Schematic and Drawings reading and understanding- Failures analysis for PCBs and components- Use of Multimeter/Power supplies, oscilloscope- Problem Solving methodology knowledge and implementation.- SPC- Statistical and Quality tools knowledge and implementation.- Achieve goals and objectives based on FTQ and Scrap Cost.- 8Ds and other methodologies to respond and follow up corrective actions required including reporting issues to our internal SQE- Team for Supplier 8Ds and cost recovery-
- LPA's, Process and Product Audits follow up- Knowledge and follow up of PPAP runs, new products and engineering changes- Implement containment actions/Safe Lauch plus Quality Alerts and Quality Criterias.- Holding Non Conforming Product Cages/Locations handling and follow up at JDE, SAP or any other MRP system- Yellow-Green Belt Six Sigma knowledge is a plus- Quality Auditors personnel handling- Basic knowledge with IPC-A-610 Acceptability of Electronic- Assemblies and CQI-12, CQI-17- Experience developing Control Plans based on Flow Diagram and PFMEA
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related scientific discipline or equivalent years of experience
EXPERIENCE:
- Three or more years of experience in Electronic equipment and / or SMT manufacturing process

- Knowledge and experience in SMT and PCBA lines.
