Social Media Manager- Customer Service

Handling work in the form of text and video voices, communicating with US family groups, and solving problems arising from the use of products by US family groups; - Proactively reach out to family groups to communicate about their experiences and leverage their feedback to improve internal operations.- Follow up the bugs that family group feedback in a timely manner, and be good at using the table to organize summary; - Analyze user feedback,regularly output reports in data form, and propose targeted solutions.
