**Duties**
- Work closely with the Yes We Can team to develop visually appealing and engaging social media assets, including graphics, social videos, and interactive motion-design elements.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- ON SITE: Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text posts, images, videos, and infographics. This will be a part of the on site responsibilities of the job to capture photos and videos of the programming.
- Manage social media accounts and profiles, including scheduling and publishing posts.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
- Analyze social media data and generate reports on key metrics to measure the success of campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
- **Qualifications**
- Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role and portfolio.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Must have ability to travel to on site locations for content creation.
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop).
- Strong video and photography skills to create visually appealing content.
- Experience in social media marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Knowledge of public relations principles and practices
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other social media analytics tools.
- Ability to create compelling content that drives engagement and conversions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to write clear and engaging copy.
- Strong research skills to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.

Pay: $360,000.00 - $420,000.00 per year
