Your responsibilities will be:
- Create weekly or monthly content plans ensuring a consistent and impactful presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram;
- Schedule postings to maintain a steady stream of content during optimal engagement times;
- Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, track key metrics, and prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness;
- Compose tasks and provide creative direction for graphic design and video production teams to support content creation;
- Repurpose and recycle different types of content to maximize reach and resource efficiency;
- Maintain regular communication with brand managers and stakeholders to deepen understanding of the audience and align social media strategies with the business agenda;
- Work collaboratively with the PPC team to optimize budgeting and planning of advertising campaigns.
Our expectations:
- A minimum of one year's experience in a Social Media Manager role or similar capacity;
- Demonstrable experience with managing social media accounts and successful digital campaigns;
- Strong command of social media analytics and foundational marketing concepts;
- Advanced level of written English with excellent communication skills.
It would be advantageous if you have experience in:
- Managing international client accounts.
- Demonstrating a proven track record in handling B2B social media strategies.
