.Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:Manage and oversee social media accounts to connect with consumers through owned and influencers' channels.Develop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement and conversations at scale, while linking consumers to adidas ecosystems, adidas.Com, and the adidas app.Support the brand and product calendar by aligning with key local and regional cultural and sports events throughout the year.Track, analyze, and report social media performance to guide and educate internal stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decisions.Key Responsibilities:Influence and implement publishing strategies across social media platforms, aligned with global brand and category calendars.Plan and execute content rollouts that support global brand initiatives, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.Analyze market trends and social media channel performance to identify opportunities for optimization.Track, tag, and analyze all social media content to support measurement and performance efforts.Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across processes and operations.Collaborate with the global social media team to maximize content distribution across owned, earned, and paid channels.Manage and moderate adidas social media communities, ensuring positive consumer experiences in coordination with customer service teams.Identify and respond to content trends in real time, collaborating with social media agency to create on-brand content in line with publishing strategies.Stay up-to-date with social media trends and shifts in consumer behavior, feeding insights back into social media strategies and publishing output.Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize social media strategies, leveraging available tools and platforms to transform insights into actionable steps.Achieve results within specified targets, timelines, and budgets.Key Relationships:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including:Local and Regional StakeholdersBrand Communications & CTCsSocial Media, PR, and Digital TeamsMedia, Analytics, Omni-channel, and Membership TeamsEngage with stakeholders at all seniority levels to ensure cohesive and aligned strategies.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Strong knowledge of social media platforms and community management (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).Excellent analytical, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.High degree of self-management and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Ability to manage projects and stakeholders across different regions and functions.Strong knowledge of category management processes.Balance of soft and hard skills, with a focus on being action-oriented and solution-driven.Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management and analytics
