Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for all teams involved in the development process, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
- Timeline Management: Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met on schedule.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to the project plan.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively and manage the budget for the project to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define software requirements, ensuring they are clearly communicated to the development team.
- Progress Reporting: Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and upper management, highlighting progress, challenges, and potential risks.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all aspects of the app or software are tested thoroughly, and meet the company's quality standards before release.
- Risk Management: Identify potential issues that may arise during the development process and create contingency plans to address them.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in coordinating software or app development projects.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams (development, design, marketing, QA).
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with mobile app development and/or web technologies.
- Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles.
