Description**Requirements**:**Position Details**:You will work within a cross-functional Agile team to develop new components in a highly iterative fashion, and you will be working in close collaboration with product owners and QADevelop critical components that makeup CSG's core product using.NET, C#/Java/Python, MSSQL, Oracles, AWS, and Azure technologies.You will provide support to customers - resolving technical issues/error messages encountered by customers in a live production environmentAppropriately handle all customer issues including troubleshooting and providing feedback to the customerYou will perform your work under mínimal supervision on significate assignmentsEnsure compliance with SLAs and OLAs**Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a technically related field or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in software development and software support/maintenance**5+ years of experience in.Net**: using Java, C#,.NET Core, Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, NUnit, Junit, SQL Server/Oracle2+ years of experience in AWS, AWS Serverless, Microservices, Docker ContainerAbility to develop algorithms, to develop code, to unit test, to debug code, and to documentKnowledge of OOP/OOD conceptsKnowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery process, industry standards, and best practicesGood verbal and written communication to effectively convey and clarify complex informationGood English communication skills (Communicate, Read and/or Write)Experience working with version control using GitWorks well within a team environment and Agile methodsWorks independently and knows when to request assistance, code reviews, or design guidance from senior members of the team5 years
