If so, lets talk.**Your Role and Responsibilities****Responsibilities**:- Development of IBM Fusion HCI features.- Review the requirements to install system.- Assist installation of IBM Fusion HCI system at customer site.- Provide remote troubleshooting and analysis assistance for usage and configuration questions.- Develops best practice articles and support utilities to improve support quality and productivity.- Respond to escalated customer calls, complaints, and queries #CRCW_22**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**- Relevant University degree, ideally in Information Technology or Computer Science.- At least 3- 4yrs experience in Linux or UNIX Systems Administration and Network Administration.- Professional experience with Software Support.- Fluency in English - both verbal and written- At least 3- 4yrs experience RedHat, Openshift or Ansible.- At least 2-3yrs programming skills preferably GoLang, Python, Shell scripts.**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**Experience with Spectrum Scale, Spectrum Fusion.**About Business Unit**IBM Systems helps IT leaders think differently about their infrastructure.
