**Position Summary**
**This is a hybrid position within Cuernavaca, Morelos.**
Thales is looking for a **Software developer **for our **Technical Undergraduate Student Program **who will participate in the development of one RESTful API following predefined specifications.
In this position, you will be part of the agile team and participate in all SCRUM ceremonies. Also, you will participate in the development of the project and infrastructure deployment pipeline.
**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Be part of agile team and participate in all SCRUM ceremonies.
- Complete on boarding training.
- Participate in the development of one RESTful API following predefined specifications.
- Follow development best practices: Document, Unit Test, Convention Names, Code Review, etc.
- Write object-oriented, clean, and maintainable code.
- Participate in the development of Infra as a Code pipeline using Terraform and GitLab
- Deliver quality results on time with mínimal supervision.
- Create and present the different project deliverables.
- Write technical documentation.
**Minimum Requirements**
- Required to be a Student in the last 3 semesters (maximum 1.5 years to 6 months from graduation)
- Knowledge on object-oriented development, data structure concepts and Security.
- Able to deliver quality results on time with mínimal supervision.
- Able to understand new ideas and concepts quickly.
- Intermediate English proficiency is required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive and self-starter.
- Team worker.
