Software Development Manager (Java)

Bachelors or MCA equivalent engineering/computer science education spanning 4 years.- Manage multiple projects ensuring quality, on-time delivery.- Plan and track the progress of the projects, achieve project milestones and communicate the project progress with the stake holders.- Facilitate resolution for the issues and roadblocks- Well versed with risk assessment & change management plans.- Ability to manage scope and expectations of the key stake holders.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Good understanding of Agile methodology- Experience in managing/delivering Java & Python projects- Experience in delivering the micro services-based solutions.- Exposure to Big data architecture and ML methodologies- Good understanding of Data visualization using Kibana, Grafana etc.
