We are looking to hire an entry-level Software QA Analyst to help with manual and usability testing, which requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.A great QA developer gives programmers immediate feedback on what they did right and wrong. This means you spend a lot of your time writing manual test plans along with testing frameworks to get the job done. One of the most valuable features of a QA Analyst is providing quick feedback, be it positive or negative.**RESPONSIBILITIES**Here are some things you will do as a QA Analyst:- Write test plans, conduct manual regression, and new functionality testing, and analyze test results- Design, develop and execute test cases and scripts through analysis of product specifications and software requirements- Perform thorough test case execution and defect reporting- Consult with product development to evaluate system interfaces, operational requirements, and performance requirements of the overall system- Recommend design improvements or corrections to software engineers and business analysts throughout the development process- Experience with Automated Testing with Selenium is a plus.You may find yourself asking what else we are looking for in QA developers.
