? A Typical Day A English Translators' Team Leader supports the technical team with clerical duties.
You'll be open to learning how to operate new technologies and using our software and applications too.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: - Develop and execute strategic team management plans to achieve the team's targets.
- Handle inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional services.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, report and update documentation to internal Area Managers.
- Collaborate closely with other areas and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and delivery effectiveness.
- Lead and make decisions about overall project planning, budget & time estimations along with stakeholders.
- Monitor progress of the daily tasks, stakeholders' instructions and overall project performance.
Qualifications - Fluency in the use of computers, mobile devices, and software applications - Demonstrate expertise in managing teams (MANDATORY- Applications that will be taken into account range from 6 months to 2 years of experience) - Fluency in English (near-native) (MANDATORY - Only apply if you are fluent in English C1/C2) - Time management skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks - Experience in leading remote teams.
