Solutions Architect

**Solutions Architect****Ubicación**: Any Mexico location.- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar- +7 years of experience in software development projects- At least three years of experience working on Agile Development projects.- Experience working as Technical Leader, BA Sr or Scrum Master.- Able to work independently, self-motivated, well-organized and result-driven.- Strong sense of urgency, and excellent abilities to work under pressure.- Strong solving problem skills for complex problems.- Out of the box thinking to solve challenge using digital technologies.- Communication and interpersonal skills.- Experience as a Developer in any programming language- Experience with high level software architecture design- Experience interacting with clients to define technical solutions based on functional and non functional requirements- Experience diagraming logic architecture in any tools (draw.Io, visio, etc..)- Basic knowledge in any of the top three clouds (azure, gcp or aws)Desired competencies:- Understanding of outsourcing engagement models (Staffing, T&M, Fixed Price, etc).- Experience preparing business cases for services and implementations including ROI, TCO and High-Level roadmaps.- Knowledge of industry's trends and mainstream technologies.- Capability to develop high level technical architectures.- Understanding of value, value streams and value chain.- Understanding of Digital products: CMS, Commerce, CRM, Dig**Activities to Perform**:- Solutions Architect tasks.**Languages**: Very Good English 80%
