.**The Role**:As a Solutions Architect for Megaport, you'll have the ability to work with an industry-leading technology that enables cloud networking solutions via global software-defined networks. You'll interact with the top hyperscalers and cloud solutions partners around the world, and develop innovative network solutions to meet the changing needs of Enterprises in a data-driven world.**Key Tasks**:- Support sales opportunities for Megaport by creating and delivering demonstrations to customers and cloud sales partners, product education and presentations for use by the Sales Team, specifically as it pertains to integration with our cloud partners' product sets.- Ability to understand and articulate partner and customer business requirements, develop corresponding solution architecture design leveraging Megaport and partner services.- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Megaport products and solutions, competitive products, as well as the products of our key cloud services partners (Azure, AWS, Google, Oracle, IBM, Nutanix, SAP, Alibaba) and transfer such knowledge to the Sales and Marketing team as well as to our authorized sales partners.- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Megaport's software, API, and be able to engage in technical discussions with our customers, prospects, and prospective partners.- Collaborate with the North American sales team to drive partner relationships.- Autonomy over developing network architecture content for external partners.- Working with our partners to develop restful API integrations, while enhancing Megaport's current offering.**Talents, Skills & Qualifications**:- Strong technical background in designing Layer 2 and Layer 3 network architectures.- Fluent in both Spanish and English language- Knowledgeable in JSON, Terraform and API integrations- Strong customer presentation and public speaking capabilities; small groups to workshop-level events.- Experience in designing or deploying cloud/virtualization solutions in enterprise customer environments is highly desired.- Understanding of Carrier Networks in terms of connectivity across the North American landscape.- Experience working within the Enterprise software market or Internet industries is highly desired.- Prefer experienced IT professional with a background in enterprise cloud deployments**What We Offer**:- Flexible working environments with the ability to do your job from anywhere- Birthday Leave- Generous study and training allowance + 5 days paid study leave- Creative, fun, and contemporary workspaces- Motivated team of industry experts and new talent- Celebrated success with 'Legend' and 'Kudos' Awards- Health and wellness program- Please see Part 2 of our Privacy Policy to see what information Megaport collects from job applicants, why, and how we store and use it
