Coordinates problem solving from parts supplied._**What you'll be doing****:- _Plan, coordinate, Schedule, execute supplier audits domestically and internationally as required._- _ Follow up on supplier audits to demonstrate supplier controls required by FDA CFR 820, ISO 13485 and ISO 9000._- _ Work with sourcing staff to coordinate supplier audits activities as required._- Desarrolla técnicas de inspección, prueba y evaluación de partes. _Develops inspection and test _techniques to _evaluates supplier materials. _- _Works with suppliers to find solutions to identified problems. _- _Create written reports and communicate the results clearly and effectively to the auditee and Hillrom management._- _ Manage and insure timely implementation of supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCARs)._- _ Provide engineering support for nonconforming material (NMR) and Return Material Authorization (RMA) issues._Remediate Supplier files to support current and business development activity related to acquisition of new businesses._- _ Verify supplier files are maintained and documented appropriately._- _ Provide supplier metrics to management._- _ Lead the supplier approval process by assessing manufacturing, Quality Systems capabilities and risks._- _ Develop Improvement plans for Critical to quality suppliers._- _ Manages personnel to maintain and reduce the Incoming Inspection cycle time._- _ Establishes problem solving strategies and work with Manufacturing and Quality Engineers to reduce MRB inventory._Perform component characteristic analysis to determine inspection status changes._**What you'll bring****:- _Knowledge of FDA CFR 820, ISO 13485 and ISO 9000 requirements, strongly desired ISO 13485 Lead Auditor certification_.- _ B.S Degree in Engineering required._- _ 5+ year qualifying experience, including previous experience with quality auditing, specifically supplier audits. _Excellent documentation, communication and excellent problem-solving skills desirable. _- _Oral and written communications in English and Spanish Required._**Reasonable Accommodations****Recruitment Fraud Notice**Baxter has discovered incidents of employment scams, where fraudulent parties pose as Baxter employees, recruiters, or other agents, and engage with online job seekers in an attempt to steal personal and/or financial information.
