Overview:
**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Is responsible for detecting training and development needs and implementing plans and programs to develop and train staff at all levels in conjunction with management, keeping individual training files updated. Prepares various reports for the authority, internal and corporate offices. Assists the Human Resources Department in various activities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Participates with management in determining training and development needs and establishing overall plant-wide training objectives.
- Provides training according to the needs of the company to all staff.
- Supports the preparation of courses, seminars, and internal training manuals.
- It is responsible for the proper use and optimal condition of audiovisual equipment and training rooms.
- Supervises that the individual training file of all personnel is kept up to date.
- Obtain information on courses and / or seminars available in the market according to training plan and participate in preparing annual training budget.
- Prepares training plans and programs for the Ministry of Labor and authorities in matters of Safety, Environment and Health.
- Prepare internal training reports and corporate offices.
- It is responsible for the control and follow-up to the CHECK OFF lists of all the job positions.
- Coordinates the Joint Commission on Training, Productivity and Training.
- Administer the company's scholarship plan.
- Is responsible for updating and implementing the ADP in the area of Training and Development.
- Assists the Human Resources Department with various tasks.
Qualifications:
- University Degree Completed: Labor Relations, Business Administration or Communication.
- More than 4 years experience.
- Bilingual English - Spanish.
- Federal Labor Law STPS training requirements.
- Development of courses and statistical controls on training effectiveness.
- Availability to travel to United States of America.
- Experience in general functions of the Human Resources Department.
- Customer service, patience and tolerance, schedule availability, good interpersonal relationships, teamwork, following written and verbal instructions, ability to work with multiple tasks and meeting objectives.
