Industrial, mechatronic, engineering or any related areaENGLISH CONVERSATION SKILLS- PROFICIENT MUST- Experience required minimum 7 years as Supplier Quality Engineer Leader: in AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY - Tier 1 will be a plus:- Management of the Quality Supplier Team: Schedule, Permissions, Vacation, Holidays, always ensuring not leaving unprotected the Plant's operations as well the customer service.- Develop soft and technical basic skills competences in the Quality Supplier Team (Competence Model Yanfeng), required for its positions.- Ensure that Quality Supplier review, validate, update, the CP, ODS, SPC, PPAP, GRRs, Dimensional Reports, Capabilities, PFMEA, First Part Release, from the suppliers as needed to be accomplished, and documented and reviewed in the floor shop according to schedule.- Coordinate and Ensure the proper 8D answering on time related to Formal and unformal 3CPR, MQR, CS1/2, customer complaints, internal complaints, implementing effective corrective actions, and lesson learned to prevent reoccurrences, Related to supplier issues. Take the lead and control of the follow up.- Ensure the follow up and accomplishment on time for Annual Revalidation, flammability reports or other certs, by the supplier, according to schedule plan.- Follow up the corrective actions closing time by Supplier Team, derived from customer or 3 rd party Audits.- Supporting Quality Engineers when there are doubts for any criteria definition, to release or stopping the lines, for issues related to supplier topics.- Take in control the Incoming, Quarantine area, as well as Suppliers management. To ensure that quarantine area is well managed in proper time and following the required procedures.- Ensure that all Supplier QEs, Incoming inspection area, Quarantine Cage, have the proper tools as computer equipment, cell phone, to accomplish the daily follow up on activities and objectives.- Monitor and follow up the financial cost related to supplier issues as SCBs, Admin Fees, Scrap, Containment costs, etc.- SQE Leader Performs evaluation to Supplier Team, thru One on One, Quarter Evaluations, to confirm performance and development objectives accomplishment in the department.- Follow Up for required assistance of the Quality Management, Quality Superintendent meeting, when is required, as Operations Meeting, Quality Teams Meetings, or others important to assist.- Ensuring the Supplier QE assistance and support to HPT Meetings and activities, Quick Response, Fast Response, or others, if needed.- To support Customer Service for any program when is required, specially, when supplier issues are raised.
