- ** Your New Role**
The Sr Financial Analyst Film Management will support WBD content programming operations. This position will be responsible for content contract management within corporate systems and preparation of accurate, timely, and relevant financial reporting including ad hoc analysis and monthly forecast reporting to operations to aid in business decisions.
**Your Role Accountabilities**
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential as well as strong initiative and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (advance) and other financial data analysis tools and techniques. Demonstrated experience in financial modelling.
- Critical thinker and strong problem solver with excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to frame issues, articulate findings and present optimal solutions.
- Proven ability to build confidence and trust based long term relationships with department members and external business partners.
- Experience working accurately and efficiently with high volumes of data under strict deadlines.
- Motivated by challenging, high-energy environment.
- Strong organizational skills, very detailed oriented, and deadline driven.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- 3-4 years of experience in contracts management/review is considered a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field is required.
- Experience in Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Planning and SAP S4HANA, Oracle EPM are considered a plus.
- Experience in Entertainment industry and general knowledge of content rights is a plus.
- Experience in Shared Services centers is preferred.
**II. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual forecast process for capex /cash investment and content amortization expense. Review all contracts and amendments for budget and rights information. Demonstrate and maintain high standards of accountability to deliver superior quality financial information on timely basis to Content FP&A. 40%
- Reconcile actuals vs prior forecast/budget/prior year and provide variance explanations. Conduct Ad Hoc analysis as needed. Participate in assigned meetings such as, but not limited to: Monthly Forecast closing / Actuals vs. Forecast Review / Cash Flow / Programming Financials Review. 30%
- Support development of systems, tools, and processes to facilitate efficient and accurate analysis. Seek for constant process and routines improvements in the duties and task under its scope. 30%
