This person will analyze data and information, and structure them in consolidated graphs and diagrams that provide valuable insights for the requestor. This includes updating ongoing market intel reports and also creating new reports as requested by Leadership team. The Global CoE Market Intelligence Analyst will present and explain market findings in a clear and concise manner to category managers and leadership.2 WHAT'S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM:This role will play a key role in providing the Category Managers market intelligence to execute high value transactions and make strategic decisions.3 DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:3.1 PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:- Coordinate needs and asks with Category Managers and Directors- Conduct market research on supplier base, market dynamics and commodity trends- Lead advanced analytics to assist categories with category strategy development, cost optimization, data analysis for large sourcing initiatives- Provide ad-hoc market intelligence around sourcing categories and commodities.- Gather commodity market intel, analyze data and information, and communicate main insights in a clear and coherent way.- Perform data analysis and communicate conclusions in a clear and concise manner (graphs, charts, PowerPoint and verbal presentations).3.2 SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:- NoneJob Qualifications:4 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:4.1 SKILLS:- Strong analytical skills backed up by advanced knowledge of related tools (e.G., Excel lookups, pivot tables and charts).- Experience in strategic sourcing analysis.- Knowledge of supply chain, procurement, and logistics.- Working proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Teams.- Demonstrated ability to handle large and disparate data sets.- Sense of urgency and ability to juggle multiple projects; ability to achieve timely and desired results by effectively and efficiently prioritizing tasks and projects.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.4.2 LANGUAGES:- Fully bilingual in English & Spanish4.3 EXPERIENCE:- Minimum 2 years of experience in strategic sourcing analysis.4.4 EDUCATION:(Bachelor's degree, Master, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, high school.)- Bachelor's degree or university degree, ideally Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finances, Industrial Engineering or related.5 PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:- Microsoft 365 Apps (SharePoint, Forms, OneDrive)
