**Sr. Business Operation Manager**
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow the influence and impact of the Central BU.
- Lead and implement to the strategy of Central Ops.
- Provide mentorship, coaching and performance evaluations to your team.
- Run quarterly Sequence of Events (SOE) for Demand Planning, Revenue Planning, Slow Moving Inventory, and Other Processes.
- Build, define and implement business processes and metrics that support Central BU objectives.
- Lead vision and roadmap for development of sophisticated analytics to support business plan development and profitability optimization.
- Champion positive relationships and partnerships with cross functional teams (Demand Management, Supply Chain, Sales, Business Ops, Finance etc.)
- Engage cross functionally to ensure proper wafer mix, inventory, and pricing strategies are in place.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record to lead people, attract and retain talent, and influence cross functionally.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Capable of presenting to Micron executives effectively.
- Proven track record to work with executive leadership & turn ambiguity into action.
- Strong critical thinking and continuous improvement demeanor.
- In-depth knowledge of Supply/Demand/Inventory dynamics & pricing strategies.
- Ability to make critical decisions under pressure and influence collaborators.
- Ability to digest large amounts of data and turning into insights.
- Proven track record to build informative analytical tools (Tableau/PowerBi).
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Finance or a related analytical field
- 5-7years proven experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Finance
- 5-7 years of leadership and team management experience
