As a Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing critical aspects of our operations, connecting supply chain with business strategy, and driving central governance across BU Ops business planning pillars. You will also need to demonstrate deep insights of supply/demand balance and semiconductor market indicators to analyze opportunities for increased profitability (price/mix strategies).Key Responsibilities:Internally grow the influence and impact of the Central BU.Lead and implement the strategy of Central Ops.Provide mentorship, coaching and performance evaluations to your team.Run quarterly Sequence of Events (SOE) for Demand Planning, Revenue Planning for internal Micron purposes, Slow Moving Inventory, and Other Processes.Build, define and implement business processes and metrics that support Central BU objectives.Lead vision and roadmap for development of sophisticated analytics to support business plan development and profitability optimization.Champion positive relationships and partnerships with internal cross-functional teams (Demand Management, Supply Chain, Business Ops, Finance etc.).Engage cross-functionally within Micron to ensure proper wafer mix, inventory, and pricing strategies are in place.The involvement in any type of sales agreements or the execution of sales contracts is prohibited. The role also does not carry the authority to make definitive decisions regarding contracts, be it their conclusion or termination. Furthermore, the role is not designed to involve any participation in pricing negotiations or the authorization of contracts, or any other activity related to sales agreements.
