This role drives analysis support to the ISC operations leadership teams and the ISC Finance Leader to create increased visibility into operational strategy and performance with the goal of driving speed, quality, and cost efficiency. Additionally, this role will encourage a continuous drive on productivity and necessary return on investments, while ensuring strong controllership and compliance. The role's main responsibilities are leading the ISC finance team in Business Partnering with the site leaders & influencing all activities at the sites to achieve its financial objectives. You will play a part in supporting the development of the Annual Operating Plan and Estimate processes. You will also develop manufacturing and delivery analyses, projections, reports, and presentations.The role will actively partner with the ISC FP&A team as well as business FP&A teams. This role reports to the Global BMS ISC CFO**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead the monthly reporting process, including business analytics and presentation of results that support the needs of the leadership team. Manage company-wide global data requests quickly and efficiently- Establish meaningful reports and analytics for big and voluminous data sets to facilitate productivity, visibility and effective decision making- Lead to identify process changes/transformation / automation for more useful business analysis and decision making- Lead preparation of Annual Operating Plan, Estimates (3+9, 5+7,6+6,8+4, any additional estimate as per Global) and loading of plans in Hyperion Planning. Provide a consolidated/standardized process for HON's Annual Operating Plan.- Ensure that all assumptions, guidance memos, and timetables are agreed upon and executed by the business units- Lead initiatives that extend across multiple regions and / or areas of business- Drive and coordinate matrix teams to align deliverables with the Operations, SIOP, Material Planning, Sourcing and other operational team members to ensure cohesive and aligned financial assumptions and forecasts.**YOU MUST HAVE**- Chartered Accountant/CPA/MBA/ Accounting degree with an excellent academic record with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience.- A broad mix of experience across Financial Planning and Analysis, ISC function and controllership desirable
