**A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- This role is the Finance leader for the site, and the person needs to be a strong advisor to the site leader and extended LT while also have a strong presence who holds people accountable
- **Autonomy**:Manages finance department(s) teams. Provides motivational and technical leadership. Performs work without appreciable direction.
- **Innovative**: Drives innovation across the site functional areas, encouraged best practice and knowledge sharing. Desire to improve, changes, or adapt department's systems, products, or services. Able to handle complex, difficult, and/or undefined problems.
- **Communication and Influence**: Develops long term strategic relationships and alliances with key internal and external stakeholders. Communicates and conducts briefings with senior or executive leadership regarding ongoing initiatives. Influences across functions to negotiate and gain cooperation on operational issues.
- **Leadership and Talent Management**: Directs and leads a department, including one or more teams led by managers and/or supervisors. Determines supervisory relationships and creates environment and staffing plans to accomplish business results.
- Prepares reports of findings and recommendations, compiles and consolidates financial plans and provides insights to management.
- Develops, maintains, and establishes operational specifications for financial information systems considering such things as information flow, volume, ad hoc reporting, and analysis.
- May provide analysis on business development and may monitor business performance by unit, division or group.
**Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
- Advanced English
