**What will you do?**
**How will you do it? Essential Job Responsibilities**:
- Provide Order-to-Cash reporting and analysis support to business leadership to improve visibility and decision-making process
- Provide daily, weekly, monthly reporting and analysis with flawless execution
- Pinpointing specific business units/areas, highlighting trends, and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.
- Compile and analyze financial and operational information for business reviews
- Create reporting outputs and management presentations providing value-added analysis and highlighting risks and opportunities
- Continuous Improvement activities in OTC reporting to ensure standardization, efficiency, and best practices
- Establish and sustain end-to-end process and data accountability
- Tracking of local cost savings through process improvement initiatives.
- Develop strategies and assess continuous improvement opportunities that enable process transformation and improve operational efficiency through greater use of technology and automation.
- Support Ad-hoc requests coming from different levels of organization
- Interact within wide scale of different stakeholders (e.g. IT, OTC, RTR, Leadership) to understand and interpret different requirements and limitations in order to provide optimal reporting solutions and analytical support
- Achieve deadlines set by leadership and the business and proactively monitor and raise instances where deadlines cannot be met in a timely fashion
**What do we look for?**
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or other related areas
- **_+7 years of experience _**in Financial Reporting and Analysis or equivalent in OTC departments
- Advanced Excel skills (macros, modeling, pivot tables, and lookups). SharePoint and PowerPoint proficiency.
- High level of proficiency at analysis of complex financial information and interpretation into useful information communicated to non-financial leaders
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
- Ability to work under pressure and accomplishment of standard and ad-hoc deliverables within tight deadlines
- Self-driven, proactive and quick learner - ability to adapt into fast-paced business environment and quickly changing situations
- Continuous improvement mindset and strong analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
- _Advanced SQL, BI tools _(e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and experience in HFM/Essbase and handling different ERPS is a plus
- Fluent in English
