Your role at Clorox:
Poett & Clorox Studios is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Financial Sr. Analyst.
You will play a crucial role in representing Finance within our dynamic organization. You'll lead evaluations of new initiatives, track and support forecast processes, and provide valuable insights to both our Finance and Studio teams on the drivers of financial performance.
In this role, you will:
Support development and implementation of different initiatives in the Studios:
- Participate in Projects evaluating different scenarios, launches of new products, changes in products specifications, etc.- Provide business feedback to the project team including experiences in other projects, studios, and geographies.- Prioritize effort in Top Line growth. Get accurate information and question if inconsistent (BOMs, P&Ls, etc.)
Provide analysis for Studios:
- These include by country category analysis, gap management, benchmarking.- Work closely with the countries' Finance teams (mainly Marketing, P&A and Cost) and R&D to get accurate information and provide feedback.
Assist in tracking new initiatives and Studio brand financial performance to ensure yearly targets are met, while identifying and communicating risks and opportunities. Support in preparing Budget, LRP, and equivalent financial projections for Studio
Identify issues and opportunities to improve processes, system utilization and reporting specially under Elevate strategy (new enterprise and Finance tools)
What we look for:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering or equivalent experience focused on business.- 3 - 5 years of Finance, Planning & Analysis- Proficient in Excel- Proven SAP or other ERP systems experience / Essbase Database- Consumer Packaged Goods or Manufacturing industry experience- International experience preferred.- Fluent in English.
Skills and Abilities:
- Extensive remote work experience with strong analytical, leadership, communication and influencing skills at all levels- Able to prioritize and self-manage workload effectively.- Skilled at collaborating in cross-functional environments and building solid relationships.-
- Takes ownership of issues and ensures timely resolution.
