Sr Financial Analyst

**Job Details****What you will do**:The Finance Sr. Analyst will be part of the Finance & Infrastructure Controlling team which supports the Monterrey Business Center on the Financial Planning and Analysis processes as well as the accounting and controlling of the center. We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to support the Controlling team in the Monterrey Business Center that will be able to coordinate all the financials related to the center.**How will you do it**:- Provide financial and business support to the Monterrey Business Center management teams.- Support in budget planning and monthly analysis and reports cin collaboration with the team.- Manage MBC's budget including analysis, report and forecasting.- Support with monthly allocations to the Monterrey Business Center teams.- Handle month-end close process and the reporting of financial results- Support with all of month-end close activities, team's allocations, accruals and all requirement during the process with the timely identification and resolution of potential discrepancies.- Support with the completion of annual financial plans- Ensure adequate internal controls are met and maintained.**What we look for**:- Advanced English skills- Bachelor's Degree in accounting or similar- 4-5 years experience in general accounting, controlling or finance shared services- Proficient in Excel worksheets, tables and finance formulas / functions- Good knowledge and experience on SAP or S4H- HFM knowledge and experienceJohnson Controls does not request pregnancy or HIV testing as a requirement for admission, permanence or promotion.
