In the job as Sr. HR Generalist, you will have the opportunity to actively support the organization by meeting ensuring that our manufacturing site runs as needed to have the growth expected of the products we make in Mexico, excel in your own daily tasks and responsibilities, and experience a very varied working day in a dynamic.
**Objective**:
The Admin & HR Generalist will support the daily functions of finance and the Human Resource (HR) department including HRIS activities to process payroll and input information of employees, hiring and interviewing blue collars, administering payroll activities, support benefits paperwork, reporting to authorities and enforcing company policies and practices.
**Job Summary**:
- Extensive knowledge on the legal matters for STPS, COESPRIS, SEMARNAT and QS
To perform the job as the authorized method and SOP's.- Focus the efforts on continuous improvement, supporting the production with quality objectives pertaining to the human capital.
- Understand and follow up the Organization's Quality Policy.
- Supervise and control the maintenance of the Personnel Administration System (Tress System)
- Perform audits of the Tress System (New Hiring, employee's terminations, Wage Movements, Area Changes, Supervisors)
- Manage and ensure training for all supervisors in the use of the Tress System Supervisor Module
- Supervise movement before IMSS portal (IDSE) new hiring, employees' terminations, and wage changes.
- Control of the Payroll Process to ensure the payment of all employees.
- Keep updated the procedures of Payroll, Vacations, Scholarship System
- Organize, develop strategies that help improve the activities of your area in charge.
- Support all other administrative needs due to the startup of the company in different departments.
Keep financial and non-financial records.- Request, monitor and approve all employees' services.
- Deal with vendors regarding gifts, decorations, and any related items for the employee's events
- Ability to manage all needed administration processes and the literacy in working with TRESS and with labor and organizational development processes.
**Education and Experience**:
- Proven experience as a generalist in HR/Payroll/Training
- Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with HRIS (TRESS) and talent management systems
- BS/BA in Business administration or relevant field
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related Mexico laws and regulation
