.Job Description:Main responsibilities of the position:- Works closely with the Plant Manager on the implementation of individual development and business line strategies.- Plans, develops, implements, and administers HR processes and programs that increase the productivity, competence, effectiveness and employee engagement of assigned client groups.- Provides consul and support to personnel and senior management regarding problematic areas, issues and advises appropriate problem resolution or corrective action methods required.- Supervise Recruitment and selection activities and review job offers compliance respecting internal policies and procedures.- Participates in HR conferences, task forces and other business activities.- Lead and organize training programs and workshops, to increase employee engagement and culture organization.- Assurance the correct management of headcount, turnover, labor cost, attrition rate, incident rate & all strategics indicators of Plant- Responsible for health and safety processes, as well as the compliance of policies- Works closely with the union to keep a healthy relationship and good negotiations.Main job-specific requirements / skills:- 8+ years as an HR manager or working experience in similar role.- Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Psychology or Communication Science degree or equivalent.- Good business insight, communication & influencing skills.- Strong leadership and relationship building skills, a bias for action and detail-oriented behaviors are required.- A highly motivated, self-starting individual with the ability to plan, organize, work under stress, meet deadlines and work independently is required.- Strong communication and negotiation skills, drive and performance orientation Able to influence and motivate various stakeholders.- Able to build constructive working relationships with people from different countries and cultures.- Strong English skills communication.If you are interested in an open position but feel you may not meet all the listed qualifications, we still encourage you to apply.Terex Overview:At Terex, we fully embrace the increasingly diverse world around us and strive to create an empowering and welcoming workplace culture.
