.Descripción y detalle de las actividadesThe Sr Human Resources Representative serves as a primary HR liaison for managers and salaried employees for assigned functional/geographical areas. The Sr Human Resources Representative is responsible for explaining HR policies and procedures and facilitating timely resolutions to issues or concerns among salaried employees. The Sr Human Resources Representative may analyze and provide advice to managers on methods and approaches to resolve employee performance and/or conduct issues. The Sr Human Resources Representative promotes direct communications and positive rapport in the work environment and ensures efficient employment processes, including recruiting for internal and external open positions. The Sr Human Resources Representative coordinates and delivers various employee relations programs and projects. The Sr Human Resources Representative executes daily basic HR activities across assigned location(s) covering multiple HR areas. The Sr Human Resources Representative assists in developing local policies, while ensuring alignment with standard practices and procedures. Provides other HR support as needed. - Monitors, helps develop and implement appropriate associate recognition programs. Coordinates and develops associate activities and events (i.E., company picnic, associate outings, Children's Christmas party, associate sporting leagues) and community events (e.G., plant United Way Campaign Rally, Memorial Day Parade Committee, etc.). Recruits associate volunteers as necessary. Generates associate relations ideas and implements programs that will enhance associate relations. 5% - Records maintenance and reporting: Maintains associate related files such as training, personnel documents, pre-employment files, and disciplinary documentation. Monitors associate attendance records to include, absenteeism, perfect attendance, personal days, and disciplinary action. Audits employee attendance, disciplinary and perfect attendance. Maintains unpaid personal tracking spreadsheet.Experiência y requisitosA combination of education and experience equivalent to a four-year degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Organizational Development/Communication, or Public Relations and 3 year's experience. PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred. - Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and must be able to use information systems, preferably Oracle HCM. - Must be able to type and enter data quickly. - Must have excellent written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills. - Ability to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Must be able to maintain confidentiality of all HR-related information. - Bilingual Spanish/English 3-5 years of experienceOrganizaciónVertivGiroMetal MecánicoActividad principalEnsambladora de unidades manejadoras de aire acondicionado
