To evaluate, design, and implement interface with field management, manpower, and systems projects designed to reduce operating expenses, increase revenues, and enhance customer service._x000D_ _x000D_ Consults with management in such vital areas as field operations, facility planning, and airport evaluations. Prepares, analyzes, and monitors long range plans for each station and district, provides analysis regarding expansion, new products, procedures vehicles, equipment, manpower, and facility needs. Provides technical assistance to field personnel through workshops, station reviews, seminars, and one on one sessions in such areas as operations, manning, IMS, FAMIS, contingency planning, productivity, and cost effectiveness. Monitors, analyzes, recommends, and implements or assists with systems to improve productivity, service, and cost performance in all areas of international operations in conjunction with field management. Establishes a communication link between the field operation and properties, providing technical expertise relating to facility requests, including lease termination/new location, five year planning, and cost justifications. Assists foreign affiliate where the agreement specifies- with facility searches- evaluations, planning, design, and engineering. Also, where specified, supervises and controls construction contracts, negotiations, and monitoring of international airports to ensure corporate needs and standards are met.Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or other quantitative discipline. Five (5) years professional experience in related field. Knowledge of Computer Systems/Programming preferred. Good communication and analytical skills.
