You will be the liaison between the business and IT solutions to define customer requirements for deployment of new business applications. You will support process redesign and provide training to users to facilitate rapid adoption to applications. Your technical and project management skills will be key to ensuring delivery of highly effective solutions that improve IT user experience.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness requirements analysisDocument requirementsProvide inputs for business caseIdentify/resolve process gapsDocument new processesSupport user adoption plansProcess and deployment reviewsAssist with test strategySupport Super UsersAssist leaders to manage changeWE VALUE4+ years of experience on the CRM or CPQ platforms or similar sales enablement platforms.Familiarity with CPQ process integrations with Salesforce/CRM, SAP ERP or similar platformsFamiliarity in using Data Analysis tools and techniques for data mapping, transformation and integration.Proficiency in requirement management tools like Jira, Confluence. Proficient in using various business intelligence tools for creating reports and dashboards.Experience on projects in large enterprise IT environments.Good interpersonal and communication skills to be able to clearly articulate solutions to business problems.#J-18808-Ljbffr
