Innovate to solve the world's most important challengesWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individualwith a solid background in business process optimization and IT solutionsdeployment to join our team as a Supply Chain Sourcing/Procurement IT Solutions DeploymentSpecialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting theimplementation of integrated IT solutions for our supply chain operations .
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Process Analysis: Conduct comprehensiveanalysis of existing supply chain processes with special focus on Sourcing & Procurement toidentify areas for improvement and optimization. Collaborate withcross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate theminto IT solutions.
2. IT Solutions Deployment: Lead the deployment of Sourcing and Procurement IT solutions tailored to enhance efficiency, visibility, and agility within thesupply chain. Coordinate with IT vendors and internal stakeholders to ensuresuccessful implementation within established timelines and budgets.
3. System Integration: Oversee the integration of new ITsystems with existing infrastructure and applications. Understand the existing application(s) processesfor Direct and Indirect procurement. Develop and execute integrationplans, conduct testing, and troubleshoot any issues to ensure seamlessconnectivity and data flow across the supply chain network.
4. Change Management: Facilitate change managementprocesses to minimize disruptions and maximize user adoption of new ITsolutions. Provide training and support to end-users, create documentation, andcommunicate effectively to promote understanding and acceptance of changes.
5. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvementinitiatives to optimize supply chain processes and IT systems performance.Proactively identify opportunities for automation, standardization, andstreamlining of workflows to enhance overall operational efficiency.
6. Risk Management: Assess risks associated with ITsolutions deployment and develop mitigation strategies to address potentialissues. Monitor project progress, identify deviations from plans, and takecorrective actions as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
7. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with keystakeholders across departments, including supply chain management, IT,logistics, Finance to align IT initiatives with business objectives and priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Master'sdegree preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in Sourcing/Procurement business process operationsand optimization, IT solutions deployment, and project management,preferably within the supply chain or logistics industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyzecomplex business processes and translate requirements into actionable ITsolutions.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies andtools, with a track record of successfully managing IT deployment projects frominitiation to completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, withthe ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams andinfluence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in Spanish languageskills along with English language is preferred.
- Solid understanding of Global Sourcing and procurement processes, supplychain management principles, including inventory management, procurement,logistics, and distribution.
- Experiencewith cloud-based procurement suite like Ivalua, Ariba, Coupa etc.
- Experience withERP systems, supply chain management software, and data analytics tools ishighly desirable.
- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP), supplychain management (e.g., APICS), or IT (e.g., ITIL) are a plus.
