As a Sr. Key Account Manager, you will prospect for new sales opportunities, develop a pipeline, & close opportunity.About the RoleIn this opportunity as a Sr. Key Account Manager, you will:Identify the best channel for engagement with customers, defaulting to virtual for the majority of deals where value is insufficient to warrant travel.Prospect new customers and close sales for an assigned geography.Validate customer needs, shape product plans, and drive deals to close.Support in developing and executing territory growth strategies.Focus on new logo acquisition and mid-contract upsell/cross-sell opportunities and renewals.Possess core knowledge across products within the subsegment and engage Sales Specialists where deep product expertise is required to drive to close.Understand specific customer archetypes and needs most prevalent within the subsegment and territory.Use an automated and insight-driven Salesforce workflow to progress deals.KPIs include nurturing opportunities and moving more complex sales to close: New logo sales and existing 'non-named' account incremental sales.About You You're a fit for the role if your background includes: 5+ years of experience as a HUNTER, making consultative sales of SaaS Technology solutions in the corporate/enterprise segment.Consistent performance in the delivery of sales targets.
