.Join the best team!Drive transfer pricing operations inclusive of price monitoring, year-end TP calculations, APA calculations, regional entreprenuer calculations and the associated reporting requirements.Core Responsibilities- Collaborate globally with partners in Tax Operations and General Ledger teams communicating forthcoming Transfer Pricing Adjustments- Collaborate with Global Head of Transfer Pricing to receive new transfer pricing calculations requirements and process requirements inclusive of supporting internal controls- Collaboration with strategic tax team to resolve tax incidents, support advance pricing agreement reporting and address tax queries from business.- Perform and coorindate transfer pricing adjustments and local file reporting and local TP related compliance requirements with other CoA team members.- Perform Country by Country ReportingCollaborate and contribute to standard tax processes, tax control framework, and drive supporting key performance indicators:- Collaborate with global Business & Process Information and Tax Operations & Compliance team members to continue to standardize and improve processes and internal controls.- Review workpapers from team inclusive of journal entries, tax payments, data submissions, reconciliations and tax filings.Play your part in our team succeedingThe role supports the global transfer pricing operations by ensuring complete and accurate calculations are performed while ensuring the process is transparent and documented. The role collaborates with global stakeholders to maintain robust internal control of the transfer pricing process and ensure that transfer pricing calculations are performed according to agreements.Do you have what it takes?- Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA, JD- Accounting / Tax Certifications- 5+ years experience of relevant transfer pricing tax experience. Must have tax technical background, i.E. tax from other in-house role and/or Big4- Experience in implementing internal controls related to tax processes.- Ability to work independently to drive successful completion of projects, compliance objectives, and identification of process improvements.- Strong stakeholder management and proactive approach to communication and deliverables- Team player with great collaboration skills and the ability to multi-task across a range of activities and regions.- Strong written and verbal communication skills- International travel up to 15 days/year- Experience with IFRS and US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.- Previous experience with SAP, Blackline, Alteryx- SAP and Mircosoft OfficeFluent EnglishBringing it to LifeWhat's in it for you?
