You champion new insights and processes that improve product quality, performance, and overall customer experience.For This Role, You Will Need:Proven experience in manual and automated manufacturing processes or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or related.Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.Strong problem-solving capability.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on several projects in parallel in a fast-paced environment.Interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal skills to facilitate effective communication of technical ideas.Management of priorities based on verifiable data (data driven).Customer focused approach (internal and external).Excellent analytical skills and oriented to results achievement.Ensure that all work aligns with Company procedures and standards and is carried out efficiently within agreed timescales.Effective time management, identification of priorities.Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:Experience in Continuous Improvement Projects (Kaizen).High experience in the use of problem-solving tools (Pareto analysis, 5 Why's, 6 Sigma, A3s).Experience with high complexity assembly (3000+ items per line).Proven experience in calibration of control valve instrumentation (using HART devices is helpful)
